Air fryse charged potato fries
Fast and easily charged fries made in the Air Fryer is one of Cathy’s favorite party servants!
Ingredients
- 14 oz frozen fries of your choice
- 1 tbsp taco herbs
- Avocado -oil
- 4 oz cotija cheese grated, or see recipe note
- ½ tomato cut into cubes
- ½ avocado cut into cubes
- 2 green onions cut
Sauce
- ⅓ cup sour cream see comment
- ½ teaspoon of taco herbs
- ½ teaspoon of Sriracha -Saus
Route description:
- Preheat the air frye to 400 ° F/200 ° C for 5 minutes.
- Place the fries in the airfruiture basket. Spray light with avocado -oil and throw with taco herbs.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes at 400 ° F/200 ° C and shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.
- While the fries cook, you rage the Cotija cheese, beat the sauce ingredients together and chop the tomato, avocado and green onions.
- Once the fries are completed, remove them from the air frereum basket and cover the basket with air fride
- Place the fries back in the air frereum basket and cover the fries with the cheese.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes at 350 ° F/175 ° C, or until the cheese has melted as desired.
- Remove the fries carefully. If you leave them on the parchment paper, cleaning up is in a snap!
- Cover the fries with tomatoes, avocados and green onions and sauce.
Reception
Cheese option: You can replace Colby Jack Cheese if you want your fries to keep together more with those “Kaastrekkers”.
Sauce option: You can use Mayo here instead of sour cream if you want less sour cream sauce and more spicy fry sauce.

Air fried chicken wings with blue cheese dip sauce
Air fried chicken wings become crispy without all the mess to fry them in oil. Serve them with a homemade blue cheese dip sauce that is completely worth the extra five minutes.
Ingredients:
For the wings:
For the wing sauce:
- 3/4 cups of buffalo wings sauce
- 4 tablespoons. Butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon. garlic
- Carrots and celery, before serving
For the dip sauce:
- 1 cup of blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup of sour cream (or ordinary Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 head of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons. milk
- 1 tablespoons. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon. garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon. salty
Instructions
- Place half of the chicken wings in the air frereum basket.
- Bake in the air fryse for 25 minutes at 350 F and shake the basket every 5 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 390 F and cook for another 5 minutes until they are crispy. Repeat this with the second batch chicken wings.
- While the wings cook, you can make the blue cheese dip sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients of the dip sauce and stir well. Cool until it is ready.
- In a bowl, beat the buffalo wings sauce, melted butter and garlic powder.
- Throw the fried wings in the buffalo wings sauce.
- Serve the wings with the carrots, celery and blue cheese dip sauce.
