Spiritual awakening
But while many people seem to practice spirituality for personal gain and development, it is actually what you lose as a result of a spiritual connection that has the most impact.
I have to say that you will never completely lose the things I talk about in this article, and while they are quite negative, they are also natural feelings that come up from time to time.
A spiritual awakening is certainly not the end; it actually asks more questions than it answers. But when you reach that more enlightened state, here are six things you’ll see a lot less of!
1. Hate
Usually you hate in others what you see part of in yourself or what you want to see more of in yourself. A spiritual awakening helps you hold up the mirror and see yourself stripped down to the bone.
There will always be people in the world who have traits that are unpleasant to you, but the people who express these traits do so at their current level of mind and it is up to you whether you want to allow that person to dominate your life. conscience.
Spiritual connection helps you show compassion for those who wrong you and gives you the opportunity to at least start the process of tolerance and forgiveness!
2. Jealousy
An awakened mind allows you to show admiration for those who do well and strive to follow in their footsteps. It also helps to remove malice or jealousy and appreciate the achievements of others.
When someone else achieves what you desire, it is very easy to feel jealous, even if there are no bad intentions. When you are spiritually awakened you can realize that we are all part of the same organism and that someone else’s success is your success and seeing the achievements of others can help motivate you to reach the same heights!
3. Fear
Anxiety manifests as a result of living a life you are disconnected from. Your hobbies, your friends, your job, and the way you spend your time can contribute to that heavy feeling of anxiety.
Spirituality helps you connect with your true purpose and what is important to you. When you live your entire life on your terms, fully connected to things that matter to you, anxiety becomes a lot less common.
Spirituality also helps you relax, which is the opposite of anxiety.
Anger is usually a very unconscious form of behavior. For example, if you lose your patience, this is not a well thought out process.
However, spirituality is a very conscious process that teaches you to be present and in the moment. It also helps you face and deal with your problems, giving you fewer unresolved issues to be angry about.
5. Insecurity
It’s hard to feel insecure when you are deeply connected to your values and know what you stand for.
Spirituality helps you connect with your identity and remove the layers that may have been left behind by following the wrong dreams, society, loved ones, or any other influence you have come into contact with.
It helps you get to know yourself and if you really know who you are, you are much less likely to go against your true nature just to please other people!
6. Fear of failure
This goes hand in hand with insecurity, because once you remove those layers of uncertainty and actually know what you want in life, you can move relentlessly towards your goals.
Your goals should be scary. If not, you might want to consider some bigger ones! And failure on the way to achieving what you want in life is also normal.
But being spiritually connected allows you to not fear being a failure while accepting that you will fail along the way.
It’s easy to look for external answers in life because it seems like the answers are just out there waiting to be found. The reality is that losing things or finding what already exists within you is the key to a healthy, happy and balanced life!
