Capricorn’s personality
Capricorn (the sign of the Goat) is an earth sign and is associated with sensitivity to others, a stable, well-balanced personality and a practical approach to life’s challenges. Capricorns are very stable in times of crisis and can always be trusted to find a way out, giving them natural leadership qualities. They are very aware of boundaries and sometimes find it difficult to let go of them or let others regulate them. Friends and colleagues trust Capricorns, but sometimes envy their sense of ambition and focus. Capricorn personalities are very patient, which makes them good listeners and excellent therapists.

Sandalwood (Santalum album)
Sandalwood is a very gentle, comforting oil and is emotionally soothing for men and women. It is very skin-friendly and has a balancing effect, which brings dry or oily skin into balance. It is a known antidote to nausea and generally helps soothe the digestive system. Sandalwood essential oil also has a soothing effect on the nervous system, calms the nerves and helps induce sleep. The therapeutic properties of sandalwood have been known since the fifth century BC. The wood is considered sacred by most civilizations and was used to build temples. The essential oil was always used in the embalming of ancient civilizations. The Indians believe that sandalwood energizes those who use it and that it has the power to enlighten the mind. The Japanese use sandalwood in their worship and communication with Sandalwood, while the Muslims believe that sandalwood will purify the body and soul and take prayers to heaven.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Rosemary, which means ‘rose of the sea’, has a stimulating effect and can be used to treat fatigue and a sense of lack of direction. It is an effective tonic during periods of stress and can promote memory function and concentration, especially while studying. It has a similar ‘purifying’ action and scent to Eucalyptus, so it is a popular essential oil to use in winter and helps relieve throat, chest and sinus infections. Rosemary is often included in blends for the joints and muscles to treat aches, pains and stiffness. Rosemary essential oil stimulates hair growth and helps improve shine and condition. It is also beneficial for dandruff and can help improve the condition and appearance of the skin in peripheral areas. Avoid during pregnancy or if you have epilepsy.
Lemon (Citrus limon)
Lemon essential oil has long been respected for its ability to lift the spirits and is often recommended for stress-related fatigue. Lemon can help improve mental performance and is useful for anyone who needs to maintain concentration and stay alert. Lemon essential oil has an affinity with the respiratory system and can help treat viral infections, including those transmitted through air conditioning in airplanes and offices. Lemon is also a powerful antiseptic, but caution is advised if the skin is sensitive.
