The Libra Personality

Cool, reserved and social; your world is in ‘balance’ when everything is just perfect. You’re always right. With great gifts comes great responsibility. Try not to snap so hard when the world doesn’t measure up to your level of perfection.

Aromatherapy perfume for Libras

Ingredients:
10 drops Rose Essential Oil (reflects and enhances your natural warmth and loving personality)
10 drops of geranium essential oil (to balance emotions and hormones)
4 drops of Clary Sage essential oil (to relax and relax those perfectionist tendencies)
5 drops of frankincense essential oil (to soothe feelings of irritation)
8 drops of mandarin essential oil (for energy to manage responsibility at work and at home)
20 ml grain alcohol (vodka)
30 ml rose water (Hydrolate)

Instructions:
Add the essential oils to the grain alcohol. Place it in a spray bottle or cologne bottle and fill up to 50 ml with rose water.

Rose (Rosa centifolia)
Rose essential oil, which is extracted from rose petals by distillation or solvents, is, in my personal opinion, unmatched for treating stress-related conditions, especially depression and anxiety. It has a very gentle but strong, uplifting effect on the psyche and a balancing effect that can help people “see problems in proportion”. Many aromatherapists believe that rose can mimic the effects of hormones, which is why it is often used to treat psychological problems. related to female bodily functions such as menstruation or childbirth, for example PMS or postnatal depression.

Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
Geranium essential oil has a strong affinity with the feminine system and is therefore a popular oil for both aromatherapy novices and professionals. It helps treat hormonally imbalanced skin, broken capillaries, blemishes and bruises and is a gentle insect repellent. It also works on the mind to relieve teeth grinding, nervous tension, mood swings, irritability, anger and feminine rage, while soothing menstrual pain and problems, calming the cycle after a miscarriage or preparing the body to conceive. Geranium is emotionally soothing and has a fantastic scent, making it ideal for room fragrance.

Clary sage (Salvia sclarea)
Clary Sage essential oil has a euphoric effect, making it a useful oil for treating stress-related nervous tension and fatigue. Some people find it useful in treating migraines and it can also reduce the pain associated with back pain and muscle stiffness. The medicinal use of Clary Sage began before the birth of Christ. The Egyptians used it as a cure for infertility, while the Greeks and Romans believed it could prolong human life. It was one of the nine sacred herbs of the Anglo-Saxons and by the sixteenth century it was grown in every medicinal herb garden. It became known as ‘clear eye’ because it was believed that it could cure vision problems. Under the guise of its therapeutic properties, it was often added to beer and wine, but it may have been more prized for the fact that it enhanced the effects of alcohol, making weak beer seem more potent.
