Ask:

If someone would try Qigong for the first time, what difference would she see in between Wuing Qigong and another type that they might find online or in a class?

Answer:

There are thousands of different Qigong systems and each system has different ways to understand the universe. Qigong can be the end piece, the vehicle or a guideline. Your experience depends on the system or the school behind the system. It also depends on how you use Qigong and for what purpose.

In general, different Qigong systems are different paths to reach the top of the mountain. Some paths are simple in the beginning, but are ultimately very difficult. As soon as you take on the last challenge, you have no chance to reach the top of the mountain. Other paths are so difficult, but can lead you to the top of the mountain. Other paths are not new paths; They are organic paths. For thousands of years, many masters have traveled these paths on the mountain and back down.

Your path and your success depend on which system you follow.

Wuing Qigong

Although there are many Qigong systems that offer a healing focus, we practice Wuing Qigong, which is rooted in the teachings of the Chinese way, Lao Tzu. His perception from the path to Tao was one of emptiness, simplicity and humility: nothing is everything; No technology is the best technology; Let go and go with the power. By being really ’empty’ in the daily world, a door opens to the invisible empire that underlies and supports the reality that we constantly experience. This connection with Universal Energy can then inform and guide our daily actions.

Wu Ming Qigong is a practice of internal energy or Qi. Through devoted practice and study, the practitioner tries to connect the body, the mind and the mind and harmonize someone’s individual energy with the universal, the source of all true healing.

In ancient times, Wuing Qigong and meditation were used in martial arts to help the body retain well -being. At mind level, Qigong was used to understand the relationship between the body and the mind and its connection with the healing power of nature. At the highest level, Qigong was used to achieve a long service life and to connect to the universal. Five thousand years later, Wuing Qigong still offers the same enormous healing benefits for those who devote themselves to this practice. Practice consistently Wuing Qigong at a deep level can activate the genetic code of the body and even has the power to create healing miracles.

Not all Qigong practices are the same. Breathing and visualization techniques are offered by certain Qigong systems, while soft movements and stationary attitudes are used by others. Different Qigong systems work on your energy in unique ways. We do not recommend mixing systems, because the Qi current of the body will get confused.
