Beauty and Power of Energy Practice

Every energy practice is a path and frequency that leads you to a universal life. Different organs have different cells with different frequencies, which is why they each have a different type of energy. When you practice different types of energy forms, they go through a specific energy channel to try to help the body, the mind and the mind function in harmony.

But you constantly change and your body gets confused. How can you reach balance and harmony?

Think about the concept of energy. Lever Qi must remain in its own frequency of the liver. Delivery energy that gets stuck in your stomach creates acid reflux. If liver Qi keeps pushing in your body, it goes to your throat and you get a sore throat. If it goes to your eyes, you can experience itching or fires. Lever qi who brought his way to your brain can create a stroke. It is the same concept. It is the energy and where it goes.

Therefore, if you want to practice energy, you must be sincere and dedicated. Energy is so powerful and beautiful. You must be focused and serious to understand and follow these concepts. You promise that you must be pure in your practice and quality. When your practice contains quality, it goes deep and you can change. Understand that your energy and body are connected. Your emotions are also energy. If your mind is not clear and your body is confused, how can you choose the right path?

Change the path, not your shoes

Changing the path can be achieved in simple ways. If your shoes are dirty, you can replace them, but keep walking on the same dirty path. Life goes on and you change. You don’t like your job, so you change it. You don’t like your diet, so you change it. How often do you change things in your life? Changing these things changes your soul or your feelings? The Chinese say: “Don’t change your shoes. You only buy new shoes to walk on the same, old dirty path.”

Stop repeating the same patterns. Change the path, not your shoes. The body is never.
