Instructions
- Grate a raw sweet potato into a bowl.
- Add 3 egg whites and spices to the bowl and mix with a fork.
- Place your waffle maker over medium heat and drizzle with coconut oil to prevent the waffle from sticking.
- Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and spread it evenly.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until the waffle iron indicates that the waffle is done.
- While the waffle is cooking, season the chicken fillet (use paprika powder, cumin, garlic, sea salt and pepper to taste) and fry it in a frying pan.
