This is how you make a simple tuna dish
Ingredients
- 6 cups of boiling water
- 3 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 cup frozen vegetables (corn, carrots and peas)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet of cheese powder
- 1 can of tuna in water (drained)
- 8 – 10 buttery crackers (ground)
Directions:
- Boil water in a pan and then add the macaroni. Stir occasionally. Cook 8-10 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables 2 minutes before the end of cooking time.
- Drain and return to the saucepan.
- Add butter, milk and cheese. Stir until blended.
- Pour into an oven dish.
- Add tuna and stir into the macaroni mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed buttery crackers over the macaroni mixture.
- Serve immediately.
