A great way to improve your body’s natural detoxification system is to support the function of your liver. The liver filters blood from the digestive tract before it is sent to the rest of the body. It detoxifies chemicals and metabolizes medicines. Among other things, metabolic processes produces the liver gallThat fat breaks into fatty acids to produce energy.

Liver health is also essential for healthy hormones. Note the seasons and go to the spring and feel fresh and energetic by absorbing this five liver -supporting herbs in your day.

Dandeliewortel (Taraxacum Officinal))
