A motor tic Is a sudden, repeated, involuntary movement involving a specific muscle group. These movements can be simple (such as blinking, shoulder -reducing or nose pierelonations) or complex (such as jumping, touching objects or simulating gestures). Motor tics are often seen in circumstances such as Tourette -SyndromeBut they can also act temporarily due to stress, fear or other neurological factors.

They usually worsen with stress or excitement and can improve with relaxation or focus.

Otherwise Just movementsTics are not consciously checked and can be difficult to suppress.

My son has been on and off with motor tic from a very young age, is always small, such as Nose Twitching and then it would have disappeared for a certain time after homeopathic treatment. He recently started high school and increased sports obligation that has created a neck tic that is quite extreme. This inspired me to write a blog about mineral lack of mineral that cause tic and homeopathic remedies that can help them relieve them.

Tic is found more often in men and this can be due to the increase in zinc and the link to tics.

A study at 1000 + children found that they have a lower level of zinc with tics. Cooper and Iron. A blood test can determine how low the iron and the zinc are, but with growing boys there is a good chance that these vitamins and mineral are low. In particular that go through puberty.

Of course I would also look at magnesium for tics

NAC – This helped my son in the past with tics

L -Theanine – If linked to ADHD and fear this can be considered in addition to Magniesum. The best at night before going to sleep.

Zinc met – For body stics, head, arms, legs, etc. Exhaustion both mentally and physically. Frequency shocking movement. Tension. The person can repeat everything that has been said to them.

Pile: Hysteria and violent movement often with suppressed anger.

Agaricus Muscarius: is indicated for tics such as blinking eyes or shaking the head.

Cuprum met: Is useful when treating eye fencing. There is often a lot of tension and possible cramps in the body.

Veratrum album: is prescribed for tics that ensure that a person repeats actions time and time again

Arg Nit – Because tic worsened by fears and fear. Bullying at school for example and the tic starts on Monday evening or night before school or is worse after school.

Hyoscyamus niger: is it most suitable for treating tics such as making grimaces or ridiculous gestures and where a person is forced to touch everything.

Of course with homeopathy there is much more option, depending on the general image.

Because TIC can occur as a result of an overactive nervous system and anxiety CST can be very effective if it relaxes the nervous system and stimulates the nerve of the vagus. It also releases every fixed emotion in the fascia and the skull that can be part of the corrosive factor in Tics.

I used cranials caral, zinc, magniesum, l-theanine, homeopathic zinc and iron The tic was 50% better day one and on day two it has not yet come back. Mind you, I can write this blog day 2. However, this follows the trend of previous experience with Tics.
