Let’s start with what fascia is, because this will help you better understand where the emotion and trauma are stored in the body.
Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, organs, nerves and blood vessels through the body. It is mainly made from collagen and plays a crucial role in motion, stability and structural integrity. Think of it as a web -like sheath that keeps everything in place and at the same time makes flexibility possible.
Fascia can be tight, limited or inflamed. We can also look at fascia as a web of quantum electricity communication that envelops and surrounds every cell in our body. Primary communication system and secondary our nervous system.
All emotions act as magnetic fields in it, these fields are stored in the semiconducting network in the fascia. So when emotions get stuck, they get stuck in the fascia that blocks the eletron stock for the cells.
Then the physical symptoms start chronic pain, inflammation, weight gain, nerve issues, anxiety, stiffness, tightness and more.
How to influence trauma fascia
-
Fight-or-flight reaction – When the body experiences trauma, tent it up as a protective reaction. If this voltage is not released, it can be stored in the fascia.
-
Limited movement and blood flow – Fascia becomes tighter in response to stress or injury, which may lead to reduced circulation, stiffness and chronic pain.
-
Neuromuscular connection – Fascia is interwoven with the nervous system, which means that trauma from the past can be “remembered” in the body, which activates pain or tension when certain areas are touched or activated.
Release trauma from fascia
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a soft, hands-on therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system, including the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal liquid and surrounding membranes. The idea is that subtle manipulations of these structures can help release tension, improve the function of the nervous system and promote self -recovery. Enthusiasts like me are also trained in somatic emotional release who work with CST.
ENERGY RENTING – Energy ranging such as Reiki can help release emotions from the body and work on the spiritual aspect of trapped emotion. I sometimes think that the problems are negative attachments or cords of earlier partners or connections that can cause the problem with the fascia. Blocked chakra can also be part of the problem or live the past. So combining energy healing with CST can work on those extra problems that can arise.
Homeopathy – The magic of homeopathy in itself is incredible, but combined with CST for trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, problems with the nervous system, etc. is a power home of magic. Homeopathy works with the individual who looks at the general picture of health and giving a cure that matches that overall to create self -healing at all health levels.
All the above options work in one way or another in one way or another, but when I am combined, I have found it extremely powerful for trauma/ emotion in it. It is gentle and let the body and the inner Widom lead how the release will take place. The inner wisdom will never do what you can’t handle, trauma is never booked again.
Of course, just like everything in life, we are all required completely different. Include some other options
Certain types of Breath like the transformational breath I give
Another option that I don’t give, but can help shift fascia.
Myofascial Release (MFR) – Soft, persistent pressure on tight areas to encourage fascia to get soft.
TRE (Tension and trauma Free exercises) -used body vibrations to discharge deep -rooted stress.
Spinopractia fascia massage – Painful, but sometimes you have to meet the resistance to move things.
