How Sounds Can Help With PMS

If you suffer from PMS, you probably know how painful and stressful this time of the month can be. But did you know that there are certain sounds and frequencies that can help relieve your symptoms? The reason is that healthy healing works on a deeper level than traditional medicines or treatments. Sounds can help relax the body and balance the energy flows in the body. This can help harmonize your body and mind and make you feel better overall.

An example of using Sound Healing for PMS is the use of singing bowls – both Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. These bowls are placed on or near the body and then gently struck. The composition of a sound meditation follows a series of vibration frequencies that bring you calm and relaxation very quickly. In addition to the deeply relaxing effect, Sound Healing is said to stimulate the immune system, relieve pain, reduce anxiety, release mental blockages and physical tension. Try a sound meditation in the luteal or menstrual phase and you will see how well it works. Sound baths unfold their magic not only live on site, but also online or as a recording.

Using crystal singing bowls for PMS can also help improve mood and reduce stress. Many women report significant improvement in their symptoms when they work with crystal singing bowls regularly.
