MIND Diet is Ranked #1 for Brain Health |

The Mind Diet, made by researchers from Rush University System for Health, was ranked in the United States in the United States in 2025 by US News & World Report.

The mind -diet combines aspects of the Mediterranean and Dash diets to emphasize the importance of brain food. The diet includes foods such as leafy vegetables, berries, nuts, extra-virgin olive oil, full grains and fish. The limited food that is linked to cognitive decline, such as fried food, candy, red meat and processed meat.

Eating a diet specifically put together to stimulate the health of your brain can be incredibly changing life for someone who suffers from brain -based problems. Jennifer Ventrelle, registered dietician and mind diet researcher, states: “It is a lifestyle choice that not only feeds your mind, but also increases your overall well -being.”

The best diets of US News is in the 15th year of dietary assessment and investigated 38 diets within 21 categories in 2025. Dear diets evaluates diets in their panel of doctors, registered dietitians, nutrition epidemiologists, chef chefs and researchers of weight loss. The mind diet was arranged and arranged in 4th place #1 in mental health, #2 in intestinal health, heart-health, #3 in health food, diabetes, arthritis, menopause and vegetable diet categories.

“We are pleased to see the recognition of the Mind diet as one of the best diets in multiple categories by US News & World Report for the eighth year in a row. The high rankings in areas such as brain health and cognition, healthy eating and mental health reflect scientific evidence to support its benefits, “said Ventrelle.
