Almost every day I do sound meditations in my members area for Sound Meditation and Sound Healing. Because there are many recorded Sound Meditations here in different lengths and different topics, I can always integrate them perfectly into my daily life. Whether I have 3 or 30 minutes, I always find the right Sound Healing session for me in the portal! Headphones on and off, I’m going!
Recently I came out of a Sound Meditation, took off the headphones and just lay there enjoying the pleasant feeling of connection and peace that is present during and after Sound Meditations.
And then I noticed the wind and rain hitting the windows outside.
I lay on my mat for a long time, I really can’t say exactly how long, because I felt like I was in a complete ‘state of flow’ where you seem to lose the sense of time.
