Sage is considered for centuries as an invaluable tool for healing between traditional populations. The popular medieval saying: “Why would a man die when sage in his garden grows?” Indicates how versatile and powerful this remedy is known.

Nowadays, herbalists often opt for a formula for a healthy digestion of fat food, mental alertness, healthy menstrual period and to reduce night sweating.

Sage is also a classic herb for calming irritations and pain from the throat, which is usually where the symptoms of disease begin.
