Sound healing with Lydia Clark
“My name is Lydia Clark and I have the level 1 foundations of integrated sound healing (multi-instrument) and level 2 diploma in integrated sound healing (1-2-1 customers) online courses completed.
I have sung/sent my whole life because I could speak full sentences before I could speak! Everything has been a song. Early in my music education I realized how powerful music was.
However, my first encounters with instruments such as Crystal or Tibetan singing bowls were only when I was an adult. Their ability to take me to a meditative state was so strong and immediately transported me to place that I really enjoyed. I felt that I could stay in that state forever!
In 2022 I came across images and videos from Crystal Singing Bowls and Sound Healing while surfing on the web, which gave rise to my search for solid healing educational programs and voila ‘ – The Sound Healing Academy appeared. I knew that Sha was the choice for me! I have learned so much from both the online courses of level 1 and level 2, and not only about sound healing, but also about myself. The whole process was sooooo positive and very worthwhile. I loved every minute of my sound traveler for sounds!
I am currently practicing as a good healing practice! At home I give 1-2 sessions sessions of sound with my customers, family, friends and everyone who is open to healing sounds and who wishes to be present! “
