Welcome to our December newsletter!
As we reach the last month of the year, December invites us in a gentle pause, a moment to exhale, soften and let go.
‘Tis the season of letting go of what no longer serves usclearing space in our hearts and energy so we can step into the new year with clarity and intention.
In the world of sound healing, this theme is beautifully expressed. Every vibration, every tone, each resonance reminds us that letting go is a natural part of renewal. The bowls, the drums, the gongs… they all lead us into a deeper presence, helping us shed old layers and tune in to what really matters.
As we close 2025 together, May this month be a time of reflection, gratitude and gentle transformation. And it may sound like you will remain your companion as you create space for what is to come.
Let’s let go… and start again.

- Breathe slowly
- Hit or play the instrument once, and imagine the sound carrying something that you want to let go of, such as an old pattern, a heavy feeling, a story that you no longer need
- When the vibration disappears, play your instrument again, but this time to welcome a new intention
- To leave the sound marking the beginning of what you want to cultivate: peace, clarity, courage, creativity, healing…whatever your mind conjures up
