Exciting news: we are coming to Tasmania, Australia!

We are happy to announce that we are expanding our presence in Australiaand for the first time ever, we’re bringing our transformative sound healing workshops to Tasmania in March 2026!

Yifat Shriben – brings harmony to hearts in Australia

This month we are excited to put our practitioner spotlight on Yifat Shriben, one of our amazing Sound Healing Academy practitioners based in Australia.
Yifat brings deep passion, sensitivity and wisdom to her work. offering sound baths, workshops and private sessions who help others reconnect with their inner peace and natural rhythm. Through her nurturing presence and intuitive use of sound, she creates beautiful spaces for relaxation, healing and transformation.
Her journey with sound is a true reflection of the power of vibration and intentionto remind us of that healing begins the moment we pause to truly listen.
“During a time of great change in my life, I was drawn to explore sound healing after noticing a singing bowl during a mentoring session. I started with the Level 1 Multi-instrument course at The Sound Healing Academy, and then moved on Level 2, discover how deep sound can support emotional healing, both mine and others.
What started as a personal journey quickly became my passion and profession.
Nowadays I run my own home studiowith one-on-one sessions, group sound baths and community events.
I have witnessed incredible transformations…clients finding relief from chronic pain, emotional stress and even long-term sleep problems. Watching people reconnect with themselves And rediscover balance through sound is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

Connect to your intuition with a crystal singing bowl

Sometimes the quietest guidance comes from within.
This simple crystal singing bowl exercise will help you tune into your intuition and listen to the subtle whispers of your inner wisdom.
- Create your space – Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle if necessary and sit comfortably. Keep your crystal singing bowl close by.
- Ground yourself – Take a few deep breaths. Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine into the earth, anchoring and supporting you.
- Set an intention – Silently invite your intuition to guide you. You can say: ‘I open myself to gentle guidance from within.’
- Play the bowl – Gently strike or circle around the edge of your crystal singing bowl. Let the sound fill the room. Focus on how the vibrations feel in your body, especially in your heart and third eye area.
- Listen & observe – Close your eyes and let your mind soften. Notice any images, feelings, or thoughts that arise without judgment. Your intuition often speaks in subtle ways; through sensations, a gentle knowledge or small insights.
- Reflect – When the sound dies down, take a moment to journal or quietly reflect on what emerged. Even small impressions can be meaningful.
- Close the practice – Thank yourself and your bowl for the session. Take a few grounding breaths before returning to your day.
Take this gentle pause whenever you want to reconnect with your inner guidance. The answers are already inside you, waiting to be heard!
