Remember this:

You are not behind in life, too awkward to be around, difficult to love, too broken to heal, too old for your dreams, too dumb to learn things, destined to be alone, a failure, or a disappointment.

These are false narratives that we sometimes let the world or our own inner critic impose upon us.

You are never ‘too’ anything to do something meaningful. Don’t limit yourself to arbitrary beliefs. You are always stronger, more capable, and smarter than you think. That little voice in your head that questions your worth? Acknowledge its presence, but never lend it your ear. Learn to silence it, replace it with a motivational voice that says, ‘I can’t do this… yet,’ or ‘I’m not good at this… yet.‘

You are a work in progress—a beautiful journey of growth, discovery, and self-improvement. Embrace each step, celebrate your successes, and be patient with yourself in times of challenge. You have the power to shape your narrative, so let it be one filled with resilience, self-love, and the understanding that, indeed, you are a force to be reckoned with.

You are a process—ever-evolving, ever-becoming.
