Photography

Photography forces you to find beauty in the everyday, and it is an extremely accessible art form. You don’t have to have a DSLR – only a smartphone is sufficient. While walking through the city, be aware of beautiful, interesting or hidden things. As you take photos, the action of framing and focusing your attention at the present moment and restores a sense of control. You can also consider arranging photo shoots with people because friends are to stimulate your mental health, which further contributes to your calmness.
