Biological energy
Members of Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse’s biological research team have confirmed for the first time that a plant, the green algae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, not only photosynthesizes, but also has an alternative energy source: it can obtain it from other plants. The research results were published this week in the online journal Nature communication published by the renowned journal Nature.
“This is exactly why certain people feel uncomfortable in specific group environments where there is a mix of energy and emotions.”
“As these studies become more sophisticated in the coming years, we will eventually see this translated to humans,” Bader-Lee said.
“The human organism is a lot like a plant: it extracts the necessary energy to fuel emotional states and this can essentially energize cells or cause an increase in cortisol and catabolize cells, depending on the emotional trigger.”
Bader-Lee suggests that the field of bioenergy is now evolving and that studies of the plant and animal world will soon translate and demonstrate what metaphysicians have always known: that humans can heal each other simply through energy transfer, just as plants can doing. concluded:
“Humans can absorb and heal other people, animals and every part of nature. That’s why being in nature is often uplifting and stimulating for so many people.”
Here are five tools you can use to free up your space and avoid energy waste:
1) Stay centered and grounded.
When you are centered in your spiritual self (rather than in your analyzer or ego), you will immediately sense when something has entered your space. When you are fully grounded, your intention allows you to easily release the emotions of others through your grounding cord.
2) Be in a state of no resistance.
What we resist sticks around. If you feel uncomfortable around a certain person or in a group, don’t resist as a way to protect yourself, as this will only allow strange energy to linger in your space. Enter a state of no resistance by imagining your body as clear and translucent, like clear glass or water. This way, if someone throws an invalidation at you, it will go right through you.
3) Own your personal aura space.
We all have an energetic aura around our bodies. If we do not possess this personal space, we are vulnerable to foreign energy invading it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arm’s length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to take ownership of your personal space.
4) Give yourself an energy cleanse.
The color gold has a high vibration, which is useful for clearing extraneous vibrations. Imagine a gold shower head at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing bright gold light to flow through your aura and body space, releasing your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.
5) Recall your power.
When we have our vibrations in our own space, there is less room for the energy of others to enter. But because we focus on other people and projects, we sometimes spread our energy. Create an image of a bright golden sun several meters above your head and let it be a magnet, drawing all your energy back into it (and purifying it into the golden energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.
