The Aquarius personality
Aquarians are full of enthusiasm and energy. They have a strong sense of self and an individual approach to life that makes them stand out from the crowd. They sometimes border on eccentricity, are fun to be around and are usually the center of a large circle of friends. Aquarians can be rebellious and have an aversion to normal rules and conventions. It is not always easy for them to keep this attitude hidden and occasionally it can get them into trouble. Although Aquarians are very popular with a large number of people who want to be their friends, they are picky about who they get close to and have a good instinct for recognizing friendships that are based on true values. Aquarians are loyal, confidential, generous and enjoy helping others. That is why they are very good therapists.

Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica)
Cedarwood essential oil has a woody, warm, camphor-like aroma. Often called ‘the tree of life’, cedar has long been associated with courage and strength and is cherished as an aromatic perfume. Cedarwood essential oil has a calming, soothing effect on body and mind. It can help soothe anxiety and worry and help relieve fatigue, anxiety and mental stress. Cedarwood essential oil can also help with respiratory and skin problems. The characteristic scent of the oil has a powerful and stimulating effect on the psyche and is therefore often used in preparation for prayer and meditation.
Lime (Citrus aurantifolia)
Lime has a fresh, spicy scent and gives energy. It is very similar to Lemon, but has a more contemporary scent and more depth of character. It is mentally and physically uplifting and is often recommended for stress-related fatigue and to help improve focus and concentration. Lime also has an affinity with the respiratory system and is a powerful antiseptic, but caution is advised if the skin is sensitive.
Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
Geranium has a wonderful scent and is a very effective oil to relieve stress. It has a close affinity with the feminine system and is a popular oil for both aromatherapy novices and professionals. The scent lingers well, making it an ideal ingredient in any aromatherapy perfume. It suppresses stress-related symptoms, including teeth grinding, nervous tension, mood swings, irritability and anger.
