What is the CCCC Rule in Sound Therapy and Sound Medicine approaches?

Creativity – allowing ourselves to flow – being creative with our intent, with what we bring to people, not following the rules without allowing ourselves to flow – bringing new things to sound healing, allowing new ideas to emerge – new combinations and guided visualizations… allowing us to use our own creativity to make healing sound!

Connection – connecting to the instruments, preparing them by opening our tears to them, meditating with them, paying attention to how they communicate with us, connecting to the field we generate in a sound healing session, the energy in the room and the energy of the people, feel into the group energy, tune in to what is going on, then let go and ask for the highest good with a neutral state, balance, harmony, connecting with our heart, our own body, our experience and being okay with that!

This is the CCCC rule, explained by one of the teachers from the Sound Medicine Institute Germany. This rule was created by physician Lisa Schuster, who specializes in the field of sound medicine and has created her own approaches and techniques, especially with the excellent handmade crystal singing bowls from AkashaBowls®.

Would you like to delve deeper into this topic or learn more about Sound Healing, crystal singing bowls and sound meditation in general? Then discover one of my certified Sound Healing training courses at the Sound Medicine Institute Germany. It offers online and face-to-face sound meditation training around the world.
