This recipe gives you what you need egg white if you are in a hurry. With some you can have that bread or without, but you’re on one low carbohydrate diet.
Ingredients
- 1 can Tuna (canned in water, unsalted, drained)
- 2 Eggs (Jumbo size, whole, raw and fresh)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (low sodium, low calorie or diet variant)
- 1 tablespoon Chives (raw and chopped)
- 1 dash Salty (table salt)
- 1 dash Black pepper
- Preparation: 2 minutes
- To cook: 8 minutes
- Ready about: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for eight minutes until hard-boiled.
- Peel the eggs, chop them finely and mix them with the other ingredients mentioned.
