Heart Harmony Part 1: A Cellular Memory of Love

In the summer, universal energies are closest to the frequency of the heart. The key to heart harmony is to empty the spirit to allow the whole being a state of peace. Our stressful life and demanding schemes often make it difficult to let go and to be normal, but it is always possible to bring in love and happiness.

Close your eyes. Imagine a specific moment with someone you love. Note how your body reacts to that memory – your face relaxes, your smile is widened, your heart rate slows – your entire body reacts. That’s love.

Love is not only in the Spirit – it is energy and consciousness. All your cells have a reminder of love, so this energy can be stored as data. Remember this feeling. Remember it, feel it at your core. Then, later, when you feel stressed, lean back, close your eyes and remember that feeling of love.

On the road you can discover a new love – a little more than your feeling. So close your eyes again and let yourself feel the moment. Become aware of how your chest, neck, face, heartbeat – your entire body reacts. Now you have an even stronger feeling to return to. This memory will be with you forever.

In traditional Chinese medicine, every organ has a time of dominance during the day. Heart season is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Practice heart harmony. Find a few minutes during this time to close your eyes. Bring your feelings of love to the surface and continue to feed your body these messages. Ultimately, you will be able to replace feelings of sorrow with those of love and tranquility.
