The soft, yellow color and delicate petals contain essential oils that support a healthy inflammatory reaction and make a relaxing tea for calming irritation or nervousness.

Chamomile

Chamomile also gently promotes digestion and is an old remedy for teething problems and colicky babies. Just give your child a few drops before feeding the time. Instead of a tincture, young children and babies can also drink chamomile tea. Just steeply the tea for four to five minutes, let it cool to room temperature and then put one to two ers in a bottle. As always, common sense reigns

When children are tired and/or turning control, a simple way to calm them by reducing the stimulus to their central nervous system. If children are wired before bedtime, dim the lights in bedrooms, bathrooms and around the dining table, turn off the computer and TV and do not hesitate to reach for herbs if needed! If you know that evenings are a hectic time for your family, give the first dose of herbs to help your children sleep an hour before bedtime. Repeat when necessary.
