Herbs can be an in -depth tool to safely support the health and mood of our children. Indeed, they can one The best friend of the parent Because they are safe, effective and gentle. When children are tired and/or turning control, a simple way to calm them by reducing the stimulus to their central nervous system. If children are wired before bedtime, dim the lights in bedrooms, bathrooms and around the dining table, turn off the computer and TV and do not hesitate to reach for herbs if needed! If you know that evenings are a hectic time for your family, give the first dose of herbs to help your children sleep an hour before bedtime. Repeat when necessary.
