This tasty recipe has three of the top 10 spermidine-rich foods: broccoli, mushrooms and outdated cheese. It also stays good, so you can prepare it for an informal brunch and then heat again for an easy breakfast the next day. Breakfast Banerole is an all-in-one savory meal that can be made in advance, feeds a crowd, warms up well and makes great leftovers.

This easy breakfast box is:

  • Adjustable to which vegetables, meat, cheeses and herbs that you have at hand.
  • Easy to make in advance.
  • Throw together quickly.
  • Great as a fast weekday meal or a lush weekend or holiday brunch.
  • Excellent for entertaining a crowd.
  • Made with some bread to absorb moisture, but potatoes also work!
  • Ready for your favorite egg -toppings such as salsa, pico de gallo, green onion, coriander, parsley, avocado, everything bagel herbs, hot sauce, etc.

How to make a long breakfast breakfast

Reservation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Portions: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pound uncured, organic bacon
  • 1 pound cut, organic white mushrooms
  • 1 pound of organic broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 cups of grated cheddar -cheese
  • 14 Organic eggs
  • 1-2 teaspoons of garlic salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Route description:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. While the frying pan heats up, chop your bacon into small pieces. Cook bacon to crispy. Transfer bacon to plate covered with paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  2. Drain most fat from the frying pan and book some mushrooms.
  3. Bake mushrooms to transparent. Cut broccoli into thick pieces of the bite -sized; Cover and microwave for 4 minutes with water to get soft.
  4. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  5. Break eggs and beats into proteins and yolks go together in one consistent color. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spread broccoli and mushrooms evenly at the bottom of the frying pan or cast iron frying pan. Add crispy bacon bits and cheddar cheese. Pour the eggs into the pan and gently stir until ingredients are evenly mixed.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top of the frying pan starts to turn brown.
