Lower Back Pain- What are you holding onto?

This blog is about my experience of what I have felt when doing cranioscaral and energy healing for people with lower back pain. Common themes emerge: bad emotions that cause pain.

Your inner wisdom and body talk because it knows what is stuck deep inside and what needs to be released. You may know it but not realize it.

Lower back is often associated with family, trauma due to childbirth or loss of child, feeling unsupported, grief due to loss of family member.

Middle back – often birth trauma, uterine healing is needed here, loss of a child or feeling unsupported, with unresolved family issues. Holding on to the feeling of betrayal. Not trusting that your body can do what it is intended to do.

Pain in the left hip – feminine, often sadness at the loss of mother or mother figure. It could also be the loss of a sister. Problem with a female relative or spouse.

Pain in the right hip – Male side Problems with partner, partner violence, grief/loss of father or male figure.

I use a combination of CranioSacral/energy healing to release the trauma or stored emotions and then support that with homeopathy to work more deeply to rebalance the system so it is not stored again.
