Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Place the herbs, salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, mushrooms and black beans in a large bowl.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Brush the muffin tin with coconut oil. You need to roll the mixture into balls and place them in a muffin tin.
- Bake for about 12 – 15 minutes, making sure they don’t dry out.
- Remove from the oven and serve with marinara sauce.
