Acai bowl with whole grain toast
- 1 Frozen Acai Smoothie Pack (100 milligrams)
- 1 cup of lace milk
- 1 average frozen banana, cut
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- Fresh blueberries
- granola
- coconut
- Acai Smoothie Pack discovered about 5 seconds under the hot water package.
- In blender, combine acai, milk, banana and mixed berries. Mix until smooth.
- Toast sandwiches in the desired doneness.
- Pour the acaim mixture into a bowl and garnish with blueberries, granola and coconut flakes for serving. Serve with toast.
Overnight Haver
- 1/3 cup of old -fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of lace milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons mixed dried fruit
- 1 tablespoon of walnuts, minced meat
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Combine in Kom or Pot of oats, milk and vanilla extract. Cover and cool overnight.
- Stir in dried fruit, walnuts and honey before serving.
