Detox: We all know it’s a good idea. We are sure that we need it, but where do we start? And can we really commit ourselves? The answer, dear friends, is yes! First, here is a link to the first blog post.
Below I will describe a cleansing that brightens up your health, body and mind. We are all unique, so there is no recipe that fits everything; However, these tips will help you to jump forward and experience a new perspective and better health.
Gets to work
1. Choose a realistic amount of time to immerse yourself in the cleaning process. I recommend a cleaning that only lasts 3 to 5 days. 100% immersion for 3 days is of more value than a half -hearted attempt for a week. (Note: If you have completed 3 days and you feel good, keep going!)
2. Go organic! Use organic and uncooked products for the majority of your cleaning. Think fresh, raw, alive. Real food corresponds to real energy. Avoid packaged, box and refined products! Also buy larger amounts of food than you are used to. Set yourself up for success!
3. Work synergistic of the four foundations of the “unique” cleaning offered below. All are vital and offer something unique to your cleaning process. Use these tools to build your meals, snacks and activities for the duration of your cleaning.
4. Drink purified water or of course spring water all day. Strive for a gallon and replace caffeinated drinks with lemon water or green tea, only add honey or maple syrup if you have to.
One of a kind of cleaning
1. Sweet & Cleansing:
What other cleaning does sweetness have? No! However, this small treat must not be taken for granted. These foods are powerful healers and have set up for success. Choose the food from this list that you actually eat and buy a lot, so there are no apologies that you are on! Reach “Sweet & Cleansing” when you want something tasty to fill your belly, clean, calm down and move your intestines.
Apple: (Raw, with peel) we have a fresh face to be placed on an old favorite – the seduction of the apple may have been worth it. Numerous studies show that apples reduce the risk of many ailments. Rich in phytochemicals such as ellagic acid, chlorogeneic acid and quercetin, the apple soothes and nourishes your entire being. High pectin (soluble fibers) also encourages healthy intestinal mobility and normalizes the digestive process.
Melon (melon, watermelon, honeydew, papaya): Lower in calories and dense nutrients, melons such as melon are many vitamins C, folic acid, B3, B5 and B1 adenosine and are full of living enzymes to help you break down food, waste and support a healthy inflammatory reaction.
Bananas: Help heart function, body fluids and bloat with high levels of potassium, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium and riboflavine. Soothing to the digestive tract, bananas are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber that lowers cholesterol and normalizes intestinal function. Because they are higher in calories, you use bananas when you need some extra energy to stick to.
Avocado: This fruit is worth its weight in gold. It offers healthy fats and energy for your cleaning success. High in potassium, vitamin E, B and fibers, satisfy avocados, moisten the skin and support healthy cholesterol levels. Healthy fats are vital for a healthy body and endocrine system.
Berries (cherries, blueberries, black berries, raspberries): Cherries offer a unique aspect of this cleaning. High in flavonoids, perillyl alcohol, anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidians, cherries are nutritious and support a healthy inflammatory reaction. These sweet little babies are delicious, nutrient wakes that jointly relieve discomfort, support connective tissue and can even help you sleep naturally thanks to their natural content of melatonin.
2. Construction and cleaning:
All our tissues are built from proteins, so clean protein is a crucial step in the building aspect of cleaning – and that also applies to the nourishing, non -refined fats below. We need healthy fats and proteins to thrive, repair and grow. Use this list for meals, snacking and to feel strong in the cleaning process. Reach to organic whenever you can.
- Chicken
- Buffalo
- Wild salmon
- Flax oil
- Coconut oil
- Dates
3. Active cleaning:
This category includes large hitters to clean blood, lymph and liver and to give you energy. These plants must be your inspiration for cleaning and must be used in abundance to give you the desired results.
Greens (kale, collards, chard, spinach, wheat, seaweeds, dandelion): If it’s green, eat it. Greens are king for this cleaning. They must be part of every meal that is eaten raw and cooked to give your body the food diversity he desires. Eat greens in unlimited quantities.
Green supplements: This is a bonus and does not replace the food of your greens. Green powders are so precious, nutritional closed and cleansing that they are considered the fuel of the gods. Use these powerful green supplements to bring your cleansing, mind and body to the next level.
Spirulina: Blue-green microalgen supports optimum kidney and liver function and builds and enriches blood. By cleaning the cardiovascular system, it improves the intestinal flora.
Chlorella: Chlorella, a nutritional algae with a high nucleic acid, is used to promote growth, increase health and lifespan and to strengthen the immune system.
Blue -green algae: A cooling, stimulating blue -green algae feeds neural paths and helps clean the liver. Recommended: HealthForcevitamineral Greens, Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw Greens, Spirulina Supplements
Vegetables: This can be clear, but we want to keep cleaning manageable. It is to use only the aforementioned vegetables, so that you can stay on course. This includes artichokes, summer pumpkin, cucumbers, celery, onion, garlic, shallot, leek, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli.
Lemons: Lemons are cleaning and helping to reduce mucus. Drink a large glass of purified water every morning with ½ fresh lemon when waking up and again before bedtime.
4. Body/Mind Cleansing: Baths
Hot baths cause sweating, moving lymph, cleaning cells and support relaxation. Use half a cup of baking soda (to alkalize, calm and deodorize) and 2 cups of Epsom salts to bring your cleaning to the next level.
Sports in nature: Only 5 minutes in nature increases the feelings of happiness and self -confidence, and those who exercise outside report that they feel less tense, less tired and calmer compared to those who have played indoors.
Take a wellness day: No work, no phone, just do it. Only time, or undisturbed time with your loved ones, is an immediate way to stimulate the mood and fulfills you with a feeling of goal and gratitude.
Emotional cleaning – Journal & Medice Daily: This is one of the most critical steps that is often overlooked. Taking the time to meditate daily, free up your mind and enables you to make better decisions. Journaling through the Detox process gives you the chance to see what is coming for you, promotes self -consciousness and increases your discipline. Use a diary to celebrate or despise your cleaning! Just write it down.
Sleep: The “unique” cleaning would not be complete without rest, sleep and restoration. More than 8 hours of rest prevents disease and is a profound way to cure, release and build a fresh new you. So get your approved cleansing food, eat abundantly, walk, bathe and dream away. Use this time as one of introspection and rejuvenation and make a leap in the direction of your greatness and make this the best spring so far!
