Qigong, Stress, and Heart Health: How to Restore Balance

One of the most important ways to promote cardiovascular health does not include a treadmill, elliptical or a visit to the gym. The secret is Qigong. This old energy practice asks you to dive into you to wake up your congenital healing. And it is a very effective way to promote heart health.

Cardiovascular health remains one of the most important health problems in the United States. Experts largely attribute this to the stress-filled, all-work-no-play mentality that penetrates our modern lifestyle. Instead of finding ways to alleviate their taxes, many people allow themselves to be attributed to a higher level of stress. If you think about this in terms of a vibration, chronic stress changes from a smooth, beautiful melody into a jerky arrangement of sounds.

The heart wants to be peaceful, calm and happy. With constant stressful vibrations, the heart cannot fully work. Even a moderate amount of stress influences cardiovascular health. Stress drops your energy. This constant energy train causes great wear on your body and the energetic effect of your organs is unbalanced. The majority of the impact falls on the liver, the organ that is easiest due to stress, fear and depression.

According to the Five Element Consciousness Framework, each organ shares a special mother-child relationship with a different organ. The liver is the mother of the heart. When Mama feels tired, grumpy or frazzled, the child feels it! Similarly, when the liver is asked to constantly process stress, his function decreases and it cannot fully support his child, the heart. Over time, this chronic energy -on -balance can manifest itself as a physical imbalance.

The easiest way to prevent stress from affecting you is also the simplest. With the consistent Qigong practice you can stimulate your Qi and bring yourself into a healthier state of balance. The fundamental goal of Qigong is to open ourselves to our connection with the universe, and to live the principle Everything happens forever.

It is largely impossible to avoid or get rid of any stress-inducing circumstance your unfair boss, your financial situation, your difficult relationship. But by understanding that everything that happens has a deeper goal and message, you can start to transcend these stressors. Things that you used to ride on the wall no longer bothered you. You have discovered that your story, regardless of its dark and winding turns, the story of the universe is: always a love story and always with a happy ending. And we all know that our hearts are the most joyful to a good love story – in this case the ultimate love story of all!

Find your way

Start by practicing the dragon stands between heaven and the earth. This powerful standing meditation is used in all our Qigong programs. First hold for 5 minutes and finally work for up to 30 minutes or more. The longer you hold the posture, the more benefit you get.
