In the middle of August, nature transitions of fire element (ruled by the heart) goes to earth element (ruled by the spleen/stomach). In the late summer, the earth gives a final push to extend the passionate, the heat -driven growth that has been poured out during the summer months. Note this stream of energy and the final delay when autumn preparations begin.

Silence your mind in the following week. Enjoy the last fiery heat of the summer. Note the changes that take place around you, since the late summer makes its approach. Stand yourself the time to reconnect – with yourself, with others and with nature. Spend time in your garden. Enjoy his premium. Take a walk on the beach. Feel the wind on your face and the sun on your skin. Enjoy this moment, as it is now. Breathe in and out, so that nature can transform you while traveling through its own transitions.
