It can be difficult to realize your desire to practice healthy eating habits, especially if you’re not entirely sure which foods are considered “healthy.” To help you maintain your healthy eating goals, here are two powerful acronyms that reveal the truth about how your diet affects your health, energy, weight and sense of well-being. To better understand what makes food “healthy,” let’s first define which foods Real does for our body.

The definition of food:

  1. Any nourishing substance consumed or otherwise absorbed into the body to sustain life, provide energy, and promote growth
  2. More or less solid food, as opposed to liquids
  3. A special type of solid food: breakfast food, dog food
  4. Any substance that nourishes organisms: plant food

Notice the word feed in each of the definitions. This means that the food you eat should primarily meet your body’s nutritional needs. The acronym THIEF is a descriptive reminder of the foods that steal your health and don’t actually nourish your body. THIEF foods provide little to no nutrition and often cause chaos. We believe it is time to stop considering them as “food” for our bodies, as they have very little nutritional value for us.

THIEF food steals your health:

  • THi
  • Highjack
  • Iimportant
  • Enon-docrine
  • Fointments

You’ve probably experienced firsthand your body’s response to THIEF foods, with things like low energy, lack of focus, fatigue, decreased immune response, increased weight problems, lower libido, and perhaps serious health problems including metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and other inflammatory diseases.

Fortunately, there are SAINT foods that will give you a lifetime of health. These foods are:

  • Ssatisfactory
  • Aactive
  • Iagreement
  • NNaturally
  • Therapeutic

  • After eating you will feel much more satisfied for a longer period of time.
  • You won’t crave THIEF foods anymore.
  • Your energy, health and sense of well-being will improve enormously.

What are SAINT foods, you ask?

This list of SAINT foods is by no means exclusive. These are just a few of the many options that can properly fuel your body.

  • Organic GMO-free fruits such as apples, berries and melons
  • Organic GMO-free vegetables such as avocado, spinach and sweet potatoes
  • Spices
