Bringing ancient wisdom to the modern world

A great time in history
Getting older doesn’t always mean you get wiser; sometimes people become jaded and negative. We all need to maintain awe in our lives, the sense of hope and a sense of mystery and wonder.
It is definitely a great time in history, it is also a difficult time in history, but there are great technological developments, but we have to match the technology with the development of our intelligence and kindness.
Here are some inspirations to bring back that sense of wonder, awe and mystery.
We live in a great time in history. Here are a few things to think about about the times we currently live in:
- We can communicate instantly and in real time around the world via text, audio or video.
- We have virtually unlimited information at our fingertips; the equivalent of a million libraries.
- Our governments are being exposed.
- We can learn almost any skill quickly thanks to access to online teachers and tutorials. For example, you can learn to fix a broken table leg, cook a great omelet, or become fluent in a language without having to undergo in-depth training. In the past, you had to put in a lot of effort to learn cooking and other skills.
- We can communicate with people of all nationalities and backgrounds. This expands our knowledge pool and provides access to wisdom that is different from our own, allowing our own knowledge and wisdom to increase exponentially.
- Previously, we only heard stories or saw photos of our deceased relatives. We are now entering an era where we can watch videos of how entire previous generations lived.
- Alternative foods, construction methods, energy sources and ideas are available to us.
- Through a better understanding of nutrition and exercise, people have the opportunity to be fitter and healthier than people in the recent past.
- Society’s old limiting beliefs and norms are dying a slow death. This allows the species to develop further.
- You can watch a nature documentary on HD TV and watch a cheetah take down a gazelle. 100 years ago people only heard stories and some saw an illustration in a book of these distant mysterious creatures. Very few people ever witnessed something like this, now it is seen by millions.
- You can now learn much more at home than you ever could at a university. Self-taught.
- We’re sending spaceships all over the solar system.
- Science has now proven that reality is not reality.
- We are about to discover life on other worlds. It has already been proven mathematically.
- We have a deeper understanding of nature.
- There is a ‘spiritual’ awakening of consciousness taking place around the world that contrasts centuries of religious and political oppression.
- You have access to alternatives to the proposed status quo. You have access to alternatives to the proposed status quo. Again, you have access to alternatives to the proposed status quo.
What are we going to do now with all this information, possibilities and possibilities?
See, it turns out it’s YOU who’s steering the ship.
