Do you ever wake up with a scratching throat or do you feel down? This time of year our body processes all the changes in nature. The weather jumps up a day and drops back for two. Some days it is windy or sunny, and others it is damp and cold. In the spring it is almost never consistent.

Everything requires Qi

If you lose or a little, what do you do? It is when we are not entirely ourselves that we become more aware of the means of our bodies and the way we use them. Everything we ask to do our bodies uses Qi (energy). For example, drinking cold drinks such as ice water or smoothies is difficult on our body. We have to pull out of our reserves to warm up our body. This costs Qi, and a lot of it! It is the same with junk food and sugar.

Eating nature and warming up our food and drinks helps our body to process food more easily and easier, so that we can save our Qi and use it to heal and retain balance. And not a discount on the impact that the invisible has on you! Your thoughts and emotions have the power to turn the switch – strain the body and quickly use its Bank from Qi.

Feel-good changes

As you walk through your day, you become aware of what you feed your body – food, drinks and thoughts. Do you give your body what it needs to function in the greatest potential? If not, make a few small changes, such as the following:

  • Blanch your vegetables before adding them to a smoothie.
  • Drink hot tea instead of ice water.
  • Enjoy a fresh mango instead of a Candybar.
  • Wear long sleeves and pants on cool days.
  • Become more aware of the impact that your emotions have on your body.

With these simple changes, your body can inform more energy sources about healing.

From mindful to brainless

Although “brainless” are the way the Tao, it helps you become aware of your emotions to learn how to let them go so that they have no negative influence on your body. Keep a diary to keep track of how your body reacts to a certain emotion. For example, do you get abdominal cramps if you are excessive? Do you throw yourself in a downward play, so that you are physically empty at the end of the day? Start to see how frustration, worries, fear, anger and fear influence your overall well -being, thereby thrown your emotional and physical body of the circuit.

While you develop this consciousness, you will lean on your Qigong practice to give you an energy boost and smooth out your emotions. The more you practice, the more your intuition will start! Ultimately, you will be able to use Qigong to help you through every obstacle that you encounter.

Practice Qigong!

The dragon stands between heaven and the earth is an important part of our healing programs. Let your Qi flow freely and build yourself up step by step. Practice this standing meditation with grandmaster Lu. First hold the posture for three minutes and keep adding one to two minutes a day until you have reached 30 minutes. You can do it! As soon as you can hold for 30 minutes, participate in our virtual group session for a powerful boost. More information about Qi Thursday.
