Try this recipe for an Easy Brunch Quiche that will delight your senses with every bite. This quiche is layered with lots of flavors and a variety of ingredients to give it a delicious taste.
To make this dish, start with a package of broccoli and cheese and microwave for 5 minutes until heated through.
Add 12 slices of chopped bacon to a skillet. While cooking, add 1/2 cup of green onions. Cook for 2 minutes and then add 1 cup of mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 4 minutes and drain the fat.
In a small mixing bowl, combine four eggs and 1 cup of milk. Beat together. Add the egg mixture to the broccoli and cheese. Also add 1 cup of grated cheese and stir the ingredients together.
Spoon the bacon mixture into two separate pie shells and pour the egg and broccoli mixture over the top. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and then bake at 350 F for 35-45 minutes.

Easy brunch quiche

Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli with cheese
- 12 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese, divided
- 2 frozen deep dish pie shells (9 inches each)
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, add the contents of the broccoli and cheese from the package. Microwave 5 minutes, or until cheese is tangy. Set aside.
- Cook the chopped bacon in a frying pan for 4 minutes. Add green onions; cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook 4 minutes, or until bacon is fully cooked and mushrooms are tender. Let drain on kitchen paper over a plate. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and milk until combined. Add the broccoli-cheese mixture. Add 1 cup of cheese. Stir to combine. Set aside.
- Divide the drained bacon mixture evenly into the pie pans. Divide the broccoli mixture evenly and pour over the bacon mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over both cakes.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 12 minutes before serving.
Remark:
To prevent the edges of the crust from burning, place aluminum foil over the pies during the first 20 minutes of cooking. Remove after 20 minutes and cook uncovered until done.
