I asked the Facebook meditation community
After I finished the blog
The guru is dead
I decided to tap into the source I had preached about, which is in the heart and mind of every human being. We have
The Way of Meditation Facebook Community
where so many beautiful-minded people practice a wide range of different meditations from different traditions. We come together as an online community, united as human beings sharing our experiences and knowledge without a leader or guru, only with a common interest in peace, love and unity.
That’s why, with a view to writing this blog, I asked the group: what is meditation? This question had come up before and I was impressed with the answers, so I asked the question again and below are the honest, authentic and incredibly enlightened answers from everyday people:

“Meditation is the practice of being present at the source of everything. Meditation removes focus from thoughts, emotions and physical perceptions to open to awareness of the flow of all that is at every vibrational level.
