The entire universe is made up of vibrational frequencies and energy.
How to Raise Your Vibration
From your morning cup of coffee to the tiny cells in your kidneys – from the star being born right now, to the leaf falling from the tree outside – it’s all made up of energy that vibrates.
But how can you raise your vibration?
“THERE IS AS MUCH IN THAT LITTLE SPACE IN THE HEART AS THERE IS IN THE WHOLE WORLD OUTSIDE.
SKY, EARTH, FIRE, WIND, SUN, MOON, LIGHTNING, STARS;
WHAT IS THERE AND WHAT IS NOT THERE, EVERYTHING IS THERE.” Of the Chandogya Upanishad
When we talk about being connected, we often think of it as an abstract concept or just a fancy way of saying that we are all human.
While we are all connected in that sense, we are also connected to everything around us – and even light years away from us – in a very real and literal sense.
And these vibrations have different characteristics that we can sense and tune into so that it can work for
You.
Raising your vibration means, simply and bluntly, allowing yourself to radiate good vibes.
If you allow yourself to do simple works of kindness and love, you will successfully raise your vibration and those around you will notice that you shine.
As we have explained several times before, everything around us is made of energy, and so are you. So if you allow yourself to be kind to others, you will raise your vibration.
While many Eastern religions have known this to be true for thousands of years, scientists have only recently begun to prove that our thoughts can actually change the physical properties of objects around us.
This may sound like strange science fiction, but it has in fact been validated by countless studies published in scientific journals.
One such study
conducted by Yung-Jong Shiah, PhD and Dean Radin, PhD showed that tea “treated” with good intentions actually improved the mood of those who drank it.
Participants who thought
they drank the ‘treated’ tea, but were actually given normal tea, experienced an increase in their mood, but not nearly as much as those who actually drank the tea. Knowing whether they were drinking the tea or not made no real difference to the effect.
There have been countless other studies showing the same thing: our intentions, thoughts, and words can physically change the world around us.
Our thoughts, words and intentions, like everything else, have vibrational energy and that energy is very powerful.
High vibration versus low vibration
The positive intentions in the above “tea” experiment are what we call higher vibrational energies. The higher the vibration, the higher the frequency and the more ethereal it becomes.
Higher vibration frequencies
actually create waves of light and transcend physical matter.
Lower vibrations, on the other hand, are heavy and associated with dense matter. Just as high vibrational intentions such as love, compassion and hope can manipulate physical matter, low vibrational intentions such as fear, hate and anger can do the same. One of the best demonstrations of this phenomenon is the Backster effect.
Cleve Backster, an interrogation specialist for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the 1950s and 1960s, was one of the leading experts on the polygraph machine – colloquially known as the lie detector machine.
While in his laboratory one evening, he experimented with connecting a plant to the polygraph machine, curious to see if there was a solid connection between the polygraph machine and a living plant, but to no avail. Nothing happened.
Instead, Backster decided to try burning one of the plant’s leaves to see if there was any effect on the polygraph machine. Interestingly enough, when he stood up to get his matches, the polygraph machine began to react frantically in the same way it would move if a human were attached to it and scream in fear.
The plant had responded to the lower vibrations intention
of inflicting pain and the polygraph machine clearly felt his reaction. Backster was able to reproduce the results of his experiment again and again with different plants and even bacteria. His experiments show that even objects without souls or what we consider “consciousness” can respond to our intentions.
As you can see, your thoughts and intentions can have profound effects on the world around you.
The mere intention to cause damage can cause plants to scream in fear.
Sending love and energy to a hot cup of tea can actually improve the mood of someone who drinks it.
Raising your vibration is as simple as becoming aware of your intentions and choosing to live with compassion and love. The more you plan to live a life full of kindness and compassion, the more harmonious life will become.
It’s not just a psychological effect – the world around you will respond to your energy.
You have incredible power to change your world and the world in which others live. You may not be able to change someone’s thoughts or behavior on the spot, but you can choose to live on a path of light and love
and with that kind of energy influence them in a positive way.
The result of massive high vibrations
One of the most profound experiments on the power of high vibrational energies and positive intentions was conducted between 1983 and 1985.
Large groups of meditators came together and meditated on love and peace for the world. During those years there was a 72% reduction in terrorism. These experiments have since been verified and published in a scientific journal.
Similar studies have been conducted around the world and continue to show how prayer and positive meditations based on love and kindness have profound effects in reducing crime and violence. The larger the group and the more experienced the meditators, the greater the effects of collective intention.
When we come together collectively, our vibrational energies are multiplied. Whether you surround yourself with positive or negative intentions, the effect it has on the world around you is palpable and very real.
If you live your life with love, kindness and compassion and you choose to surround yourself with these same energies, you will benefit not only yourself, but also the world.
