People in love often say they were swept off their feet. When a person falls over heels in the love head, they usually don’t see it coming. Nobody really makes a deliberate plan to fall in love. It is something that just happens of course. That’s because it’s not the mind – just the heart.
“Love is the highest form of meditation because you have to concentrate without a focus.
The most difficult love is to love another person.
It is easiest to love a pet. They are loyal! Animals are easy.
But loving another person takes difficulty.
And loving yourself can be even more difficult. “

But when the first honeymoon phase fades, small things start to crawl. People often love each other, but they are not satisfied. There is always a “but …” there is an area that you cannot accept.
If love is really the meditation of life, how can you transform your perspective? Try this exercise: focus on a moving piece of music, poetry or art. What beauty do you see? When we experience art, we feel it with our senses. Instead of allowing negativity to crawl indoors, our hearts take over and we really start seeing, feeling and listening.
Can you see your partner in the same way? What about yourself or your child? Use this perspective to open your heart. The success of your meditation depends on how you can transform. Love is unlimited. Can you use love to look beyond the Spirit?
