Smoky Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salad |

Grilled salmon with avocado salad will soon be your favorite healthy salmon recipe! This grilled salmon recipe appreciated by herbs is served with avocado salad. It is healthy, tasteful, easy and so delicious. It is a taste match made in heaven.

How to make smoky grilled salmon with avocado salad

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 (1½ pound) Skin-on Salmon Filet
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of taco herbs
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

Avocado salad

  • 2 ears fresh corn, cooked
  • 2 somewhat sturdy avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes
  • 1 jalapeño, sown and cut into cubes
  • 2 limes, cheered
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup of coarse chopped coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced meat
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Route description:

  1. Heat the grill for medium heat.
  2. Transfer the salmon fillet to the middle of a large piece of foil. Sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with taco herbs. Squeeze limes over the seasoned salmon and brings together foil edges to wrap the salmon.
  3. Put salmon covered with foil directly on the grill. Close the lid and cook until the salmon easily fell with a fork, about 12 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, make the avocado salad. Remove grains from the corn cobs. In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, avocado, jalapeño, lime juice, olive oil, coriander, garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper, stir well and set aside.
  5. Once the salmon is completed, share it in 6 pieces, top with avocado salad and serve.

Tips:

  • Salmon fillets: I prefer salmon caught in the wild because of its rich taste, but if you enjoy a milder taste, high-quality farm-raised salmon is a good option. Choose King, Coho or Sockeye Salmon and make sure it has the skin for the best results.
  • Cooking the salmon longer on the skin side makes the skin crispy and cooks the salmon from the bottom up.
  • Grill temperature. Heat your grill for a perfectly grilled salmon for a sizzling 425˚F-450 ° F. The key to success when grilling fish is to use a hot grill. Place the salmon skin on the grilles and cook for 6-8 minutes. This ensures that the fish does not linger and will easily hand away as soon as it is ready.
