Sound Healing and Breathwork – A Powerful Combination

Sound Healing and Breathwork are both effective methods of reducing stress and tension, increasing self-awareness and improving physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. When taken together, these two practices can be a powerful force for healing and transformation.

How Sound Healing and Breathwork Work: Sound Healing uses sounds and vibrations to soothe and heal the body, mind and spirit. Instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos and even the human body are used by singing or making sounds. Breathwork, also called pranayama, is a yoga practice that focuses on conscious breath control to calm and strengthen the body and mind.

When they work together and Sound Healing is used together with Breathwork,

this can increase the effect of both methods.

The sound can help calm the breath and draw attention to breathing. Conscious control of breathing can help sound penetrate deeper into the body and enhance the effect of Sound Healing.

The combination of Sound Healing and Breathwork can help to reduce stress and tension, relax the body, improve concentration and increase self-awareness. It can also help treat sleep disorders, relieve depression and strengthen your immune system.
