By making a few minor changes to your daily routine and mentality, you can stimulate your resilience, improve your well -being and recover moments of calmness through even the most difficult days. Spend safe time outside

Fresh air and a change of environment have a subtle but unmistakable effect on your mood and your perspective. Spending time outside does not mean that they are taking great adventures – even in your own backyard or a local park can offer a soft feeling of relief. Spend time with people who lift you, whether they are family, friends, neighbors or members of a support group. When you concentrate on cherishing these relationships, you remind yourself that you are not alone and give yourself opportunities for comfort and laughter. Take the lead on how to spend your free moments. Set time aside for small pleasures, such as reading, enjoying a favorite snack, hugging a pet or watching a show that you love.

By making these daily choices, you can retain a sense of desk. Remember that although you cannot control every part of your health, you have the power to shape your day in dozens of meaningful ways.
