An alternative and tasty way of eating fried chicken without using wheat flour. An alternative and delicious way to eat fried chicken without using wheat flour.

  • Preparation: 5 minutes
  • To cook: 20 minutes
  • Ready about: 25 minutes

Instructions

  1. Cut all chicken strips in half.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and cassava flour.
  3. In a separate bowl you need to pour hot sauce. (Optional for extra flavor).
  4. Sprinkle floured chicken with hot sauce. (Optional for extra flavor).
  5. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and brush both sides of the chicken with the flour mixture.
  6. Put everything in a pan and cook for 6 – 7 minutes.
  7. Add butter to the pan and turn the chicken over.
  8. Cook the second side for 6 – 7 minutes until done.
  9. Remove from heat and add additional hot sauce if necessary.
  10. Serve it hot and enjoy.
