Did you know that? The digestive system has a direct link to a healthy heart function! In fact, the connection between liver Qi (spring) and stomach Qi (late summer) is creating a healthy heart function (summer) and a general sense of peace in the body. How do your organs speak with each other? And how do your emotions play a role?

We often look at tests to interpret how the heart functions at a materialized level. But although the heart is responsible for the blood, vessels and veins of the body, its energetic task is to contain the spirit of happiness and fulfillment.

According to the lunar calendar, we switched from spring (liver Qi) to summer (Hart Qi) at the beginning of May. In the late summer we pass again to stomach Qi. So what is the connection?

The liver is the mother of the heart. And the heart is the mother of the stomach. In this energetic relationship, the mother will always purchase herself to support her child. Study the Five Element Consciousness -window work to understand the connection between these organ systems.

Although we often think about the center of blood circulation, it is actually the task of the liver to circulate blood and qi energically through the body. The liver must also regulate emotions. Wherever your mind goes, your liver spirit will also go. At a visible, tangible level, the mind expresses itself through emotions.

However, many people are in a state of constant stress and worries. The liver processes stress. And you guessed it – the gastric vigest is worried. So how do these emotions influence heart harmony?

When the body is asked to constantly process these emotions, the liver is burdened and it cannot clearly translate the message of the heart. As a result, the heart is not in peace. The internal vibration of the body becomes one of the constant back and forth negotiation versus flexible, harmonious current. An unbalanced heart cannot offer the stomach sufficient support, which can lead to a physical level – in digestion and metabolic discomfort. Conversely, if the stomach functions optimally, the heart is happy. Gastric energy must be balanced to keep Hartergie in balance.

The heart is like the conductor of an orchestra. When the Qi of every organ flows in harmony, the heart plays a beautiful symphony. The result is a feeling of peace, calmness, joy and creative expression. The more peaceful you are, the easier it is to show who you are.
