Sweet potatoes its a great gluten free alternative for people who suffer from it celiac disease but don’t want to give up a tasty snack. Also fun for those who want that keep calories at bay.

  • Preparation: 10 minutes
  • To cook: 20 minutes
  • Ready about: 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Add the onions to a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the garlic and sweet potatoes.
  4. Bake for ten to fifteen minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender and the onions are translucent.
  5. Place the sweet potato mixture in a baking pan and brush with egg wash.
  6. Roast for 5 minutes or until potatoes reach desired crispiness. They should be a little brown on top.
