How to make mixed berries whole -grain muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups of white whole -grain flower
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
Route description:
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Vet Muffin Pan and set aside.
- Beat flour, baking powder, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Mix egg, maple syrup, vanilla, yogurt and apple sauce in a separate large bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until the net is combined. Do not mix. Fold strawberries and blueberries.
- Pour the batter in prepared muffin shape, filling cups about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in muffin shape before removing it.

How you can make mandarin orange no-bake cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 cup of flat non -fette Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
- 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
Route description:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of individual mini cake pans or mini -muffin can. Cool crusts to set while preparing the filling.
- Combine Greek yogurt, vanilla and honey or maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into cooled crusts.
- Freeze cake for at least 1 hour. Top with mandarin segments.
