Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica), also known as pennywort, is a tender green herb that is often eaten in his native country of South India and Southeast -Asia; The fresh juice of this juicy leaf is also often consumed. This plant has a long history of use within many healing cultures, including Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and more recently, the west where it was introduced in the Wetlands of Florida and Oregon.
